Remote Access VPN

With a VPN connection you can be granted access to various CMM network services when you’re located outside of CMM.

Example of CMM network services:

  • CMM Storage Server
  • CMM Booking system
  • Apollo PullPrint
  • Filemaker Database
  • Software Center

In this guide you will be informed how to get a VPN connection to your computer when working from home or abroad:

 

For CMM Managed Computers:

If you have a CMM computer you should automatically get access to the CMM resources through a background VPN service. Just make sure you’re successfully connected to a working Wi-Fi network and the service should handle the rest. You do not need to start any connections manually.

 

For External Computers (Not Managed by CMM):

If you have a CMM account but use a non CMM managed computer, you will need to use KI VPN (Cisco AnyConnect) to reach CMM network services. Below are KI guides you can follow that takes you through this process step by step:
