Congratulations to the five researchers from CMM who have received grants from the Swedish Cancer Society (Cancerfonden):
Fredrik Wermeling was granted SEK 800 000 during three years for the project titled “IL-4 based cancer immunotherapy”.
Roland Nilsson was granted SEK 800 000 during three years for the project titled ”New treatments in methionine-dependent cancer, based on the tumor-inhibiting enzyme AHCY”.
Ning Xu Landén was granted SEK 800 000 during three years for the project titled “Radiation memory of the skin cells: unravel the epigenetic basis of the impaired wound healing after radiation therapy”.
Carmen Gerlach was granted SEK 800 000 during two years for the project titled “Utilizing the most relevant CD8 T cell subset(s) to improve cancer immunotherapy” .
Alexander Espinosa was granted SEK 600 000 during two years for the project titled “The role of bromodomain proteins in malignant melanoma”.
